Products on offer
Forza Finance Limited is an independent credit broker and not a lender. This means that we cannot finance your transaction ourselves but we working with a diverse panel of lenders to whom we can introduce you to provide you access to a range of competitive products. A list of all the lenders we deal with is available on request. There are other lenders in the market that we do not deal with and cannot introduce you to and the panel is subject to change. Finance is subject to status and terms and conditions and we cannot guarantee that you will be approved for finance.
Services we provide
We will ask you a number of questions in order to select suitable products for your consideration and provide you with details. You will then be able to make your own choice on how you wish to proceed. We are not independent financial advisers and so are unable to provide any advice or recommendations. We are independent from all funders that we may introduce you to.
What will you pay us for our services?
No fee is payable by you to Forza Finance Limited for our services. We may be paid a commission from the lender for deals that are written (typically a percentage of the amount advanced). The amount of commission paid to us may vary according to the interest rate charged by the lender, however, we cannot change the rate of interest in order to earn more commission from a lender. If we obtain an offer for finance for you and you would like to know the amount that we would receive in commission if you accept the offer (and how that amount was calculated), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your details were given to us by an introducer, we may also pay to that introducer a proportion of the commission amount we received from the lender. The introducer is obligated to disclose to you the basis on which it receives payment for finance introductions, including, for example, where it has recommended a product which pays it a greater commission and where the interest rate charged to you may consequently be higher. On request, or before entering into a contract, you will receive Pre-Contract Credit Information for products regulated by the FCA. This will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular product.

How we use your information
In order to process your application, it is necessary for us to pass your details to our panel of lenders. The process may involve soft and hard searches of your credit file. A soft search will leave no footprint on your credit file however a hard search will leave a footprint on your credit file which will be visible to other lenders and other credit reference agencies.
An initial assessment of your credit score will determine which lenders receive your information. It is essential that the information we receive from you is accurate and truthful. If you provide false or inaccurate information this may impact your ability to obtain credit. We and other organisations may check your identity to prevent fraud and money laundering.
During the application process, we will send your application to members of our panel who may do a hard search in order to gain the best finance acceptance rate.
What should you do if you have a complaint?
We aim to treat you fairly and responsibly. We carefully consider the products we offer with you, our customers in mind and ensure the information we provide is clear and understandable and that you are not misled.
