Why a Maserati?
Traditionalists regard all modern Maseratis as “high-end” vehicles. Their range includes:
Maserati Quattroporte, Maserati Ghibli, Maserati GranTurismo and GranCabrio, Maserati Levante and Maserati Alfieri.
There are a number of earlier models on the road which are now out of production.

Maserati PCP finance
When you are purchasing any high-end vehicle, it is often advantageous to have a provisional funding offer already in your pocket. That will need to be subject to confirmation once the exact specifics of the vehicle and pricing is clear but knowing in principle that you have independent funding may strengthen your negotiating position with the dealership concerned.
Forza Finance are expert providers of high-end motor vehicle purchasing finance. Our panel of lenders consists of groups who are particularly interested in making funds available, in qualifying conditions, for the acquisition of prestige vehicles.
Maserati cap their production at 75,000 vehicles worldwide each year. That means they are inevitably in demand and some earlier models are considered to be collectors’ pieces and therefore hard to find.
There may be waiting lists for a new model or alternatively, if you are seeking a specific vehicle in nearly new condition, we may be able to assist you through our extensive vehicle location services. Why not contact us for an initial discussion of your requirements and we may be able to help you position yourself to join the ranks of Maserati owners.

History
In the early part of the 20th century, the Maserati brothers (Alfieri, Bindo, Carlo, Ettore, and Ernesto) were all heavily engaged in the embryonic Italian automobile industry.
They had originally worked for the coachbuilder and later car manufacturer “Diatto” but that company’s withdrawal from racing led to the production of the first Maserati branded vehicle in 1926.
Originally headquartered in its founding city of Bologna, it relocated to Modena in 1940.
The company initially was renowned for its racing exploits. That changed in the 1950s and 1960s when it began to focus on luxury saloons/GTs and high-performance sports cars for road use.
In 1968, what was initially a joint venture with Citroen resulted eventually in Maserati being taken over. The company benefited from Citroen’s technical excellence in hydraulics and suspension whereas Citroen picked up very useful technology from Maserati’s engines.
As with many European manufacturers, the 1970s-1990s were difficult and moderately anonymous years for Maserati. After several changes in ownership, it is today part of the FIAT group and is closely associated with Ferrari.
Today’s vehicles by Maserati are often referred to as “luxury Ferraris” and are much in demand by discerning drivers who want the power and the thrill but perhaps without some of the “rough edge compromises” that are sometimes associated with Ferrari.
The famous Trident badge owes its origins to a statue of Neptune in Bologna, where the company was first formed a century ago.
The ownership changes culminated in the 1998 acquisition by the Volkswagen Group and specifically the Audi organisation – a position which remains in place today.
The German giants oversaw a transformation of the company’s product portfolio and their productivity. Today they are once again producing graceful and stunningly good-looking vehicles that are at the top of many buyers’ “must have” lists.
