Lease Purchase (LP)

A lease purchase loan is a form of loan that has lower monthly payments than a conventional loan. This is due to the one-time payment you'll make at the end of your lease if you intend to keep the car. When your loan is accepted, you will be given the option to refinance, part-exchange, or resell your vehicle for a lump-sum payment.

Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)

After your PCP contract is done, you will have the option to decide what you want to do with the car. The loan duration is shorter, usually varying from one to four years, and you are not allowed to purchase the vehicle before the expiration of the term. You'll have a measured guaranteed future value (GFV) at the start of the deal, which will be deferred as the last balloon charge.

Hire Purchase (HP)

The Hire Purchase option, which is one of the most popular forms of financing available, starts with you paying a deposit. This is generally between 5 and 50% of the cost of your BMW X4. The remaining balance will be charged over the agreed-upon monthly duration, which can vary from one to five years. Your BMW X4 is yours to keep after you've made the final payment.
