The Most Luxurious Range Rover Ever

Introducing the SV Autobiography

Is this the best of the best, the pick of the litter or the creme de la creme? Adored by movie stars, business executives, sports icons and global leaders alike, the Range Rover is the statement of wealth and in 2018 Land Rover will have their customers diving into their questionably-located bank accounts again, this time for the most luxurious, most expensive and most desirable model to date. The SV Autobiography.

Available exclusively in Long Wheelbase, the SVAutobiography's chauffeur-targeted features include button-operated rear doors, Executive-Class rear seats and over 1.2 metres of rear legroom.

There are three engine choices; a 4.4 litre diesel (£167,850), a 2.0litre petrol-electric hybrid (£168,015) and a 5.0 litre V8 petrol (£177,030).

The headline engine will most certainly be the hybrid. The petrol V8 and diesel V8 exist elsewhere in the Range Rover lineup, but the hybrid enters new territory. Don't be unsettled by the small engine size, because the 2.0 litre unit still squeezes out an impressive 404 horsepower while providing up to 31 miles of electric-only driving. The Supercharged Petrol V8 is much like the unit fitted to the Range Rover Sport SVR, only it has been upgraded to squeeze out even more power to offset the additional weight of the SV Autobiography.
